Method
- **Boil & Prep**-Boil potatoes until soft. Peel and crumble.
- **Temper the Spices**-Heat ghee. Add jeera and let it crackle
- **ADD TOMATOES**- NOW add tomatoes paste and chillies and mix it well
- **Mix the Potatoes**-Add crumbled potatoes and sendha namak. Mix well.
- **Serve**-Add peanuts and serve
